Citizens of nations belonging to the Schengen Agreement do not need visas to visit Sicily or any other part of Italy.

Registration must be done individually online by Visa or MasterCard only. Bank transfer and group payments are not allowed. Once your payment is processed you can download from your account the invoice to ask a refund from your institute.
N.B. Scientists and students without a submitted paper are also welcome to register to the Congress.
Can I present more than one communication?
You may submit (and present) only one paper but co-author up to three others. A paper will be considered only if it directly relates to one of our Congress themes and if it is accompanied by online payment of a registration fee.
Language of communications
Oral and poster presentations are accepted in English or in French.
What will happen in case of “no show”?
A ‘no show’ will lead to automatic withdrawal of the paper from our official Congress volume that will be published right after the conference.
Your personal data (phone, address, etc.) will remain confidential and in no case disclosed to third parties.
By registering to the Congress, the participants will release CIESM from any claims or any unforeseen losses, damages, injuries, liability, and the consequences thereof, while travelling and participating to the 43rd CIESM Congress in Sicily.
