ONLINE REGISTRATION
Your registration package will give you access to Congress events and sessions. This includes receptions, a free access and guided tour to Lisbon Aquarium, a cocktail with tasting of national products, morning croissants and coffee, free shuttles from Lisbon airport to Cascais, plus tea / coffee breaks.

The above fees concern scientists based in a Full (2) CIESM Member State (Croatia, Egypt, France, Germany, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey). In all other cases, an extra charge of 120€ will be applied. |
Online submission of Congress papers closed on 15 March 2019. You may submit (and present) only one paper and co-author up to three others. Note also that each paper can have a maximum number of five contributors (no changes in authorship will be possible once the paper is submitted). A paper will be considered only if it directly relates to one of the Congress themes and if it is accompanied by online payment (by credit card only, no bank transfer) of a registration fee.
As you will note from our examples, our published congress papers are not just an abstract but a 'mini-paper' including references, abstract, keywords and main text. The final processing in two columns will be made automatically by our system.

(1) Young scientists will withdraw their badge at a special Congress registration desk, upon presentation of their national ID or passport (no other document).
(2) Privileges of
Full Member States : CIESM activities and products (longterm programs, congresses, workshops, Monographs, Atlases, etc…) are entirely financed by the yearly contributions of our Member States. The fees indicated above apply to scientists based in CIESM Member States that will have acquitted their 2018 statutory contribution. The list of these countries will be updated in real time on this page.
NB : CIESM cannot and does not provide stipends covering expenses related to Congress participation.
